JQL
“Skillset” fields enable you to query issues by their skill requirements or by users that match these requirements. This way you can query issues that a user has the expertise for. This can be used to design personalized backlog/work queues for your team members, for dashboard personalization, or automation.
Jira supports JQL auto-complete for Skillset fields.
Currently, Jira doesn’t support querying by “Skillset.Experts” by user names, only by account IDs.
If you need to query experts by name, you can query against the “Skillset-Experts” field, which is automatically provisioned and maintained by Skills for Jira.
